FAQs Your jelly cakes are bursting with vibrant colors but are they safe?

-Yep, they sure are! Health and safety is our major concern. Our food dye is one of the nine certified colors approved for use in food which is regulated by The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the United States.

How should I store my jelly cakes?

-Once again, due to our priority concerning health and safety, our jelly cakes are 100% preservative-free. Hence, our jelly cakes should be kept in refrigeration below 10^oC at all times. In situation where refrigeration is not possible, it is most sensible to extend freshness under air-conditioned environment, in which they can last for approximately 4 to 6 hours.We always tell our customers, is best to consume the jelly cakes on the day of purchase itself. However, if that is not the case, with appropriate refrigeration, our jelly cakes can last up to 4 to 5 days.

I just bought some jelly cakes and I’m driving back to hometown over a long distance. What should I do?

-As mentioned before, it is most sensible to extend freshness under air-conditioned environment, in which jelly cakes can last approximately 4 to 6 hours. Also, be sure to keep them out from sunlight.  

I am vegetarian/ allergic to egg. Does your product contain traces of egg or/and animal protein?

-No. Our Jelly are certainly animal-product free! The ingredients or flavors are all extracted from natural fruits/vegetable.
